Do you think you can master iOS development by watching videos?

I am making progress but I am starting to wonder if iOS development is too complex to learn without having a live instructor to ask questions of.

I am working on a project where I have a UIPickerView at the top of the screen, and depending upon which row you click, it populates a UITableView below it with the associated values. It isn't working and I don't see any examples online where quite the same thing is being attempted.

Since I don't know what the problem is, I don't feel like I can ask a focused question on this forum.

Do you know people who are expert iOS developers? How did they learn it?

Does Treehouse (or somebody else) have office hours where you can get help with your code - maybe using WebEx or something?

You should post the code so people can see it.

What code would I post to ask if Treehouse has office hours?
