does any one know, what technology is used on blogger home page, you see the images collapse, i think its parallax but not sure

You might call this "parallax".

But I think of "parallax" as an effect that changes image positions based on scroll position, and this one only triggers animations based on scroll position. But there are certainly many similarities.

I haven't checked them all out, but I recently found some collections of similar effects online. Possibly this is one of them:
