Does anyone else have a "communication problem" while taking a challenge?

Every time that I try to make a challenge it takes a lot of time to run and a pop-up window appears that says that there is a Communication problem. It is really annoying, I have to make every challenge like 3 or 4 times to achieve it completely copying and pasting the answers.

When I wrote to contact support they told me is my computer or the browser, but I don´t think so, I have tried on other computers, browsers...

I don´t know what to do, this really interferes with my progress.

Actually, that did happen to me a few times and on the same day it got worse to a point where I couldn't access the contents anymore, even though I was signed in it keep saying I need to log in. Likewise with my desktop, tablet, and notebook.

So, I am not sure whether your source of the problem is similar to mine. But I was able to fix it after reseting my router. After doing so, everything work fine ever since.

Anyway, if you are using a modem and router by any chance and you are sure its not the computer, maybe reseting the network devices may fix it?

Anyway just thought I share my experience. Best of luck to you. I hope you can figure it out.

Hi Chrisp.

Thanks for you answer. I tried restarting the router and using Safari instead of Chrome and it worked!

I don't know if I should reset my router by if it happens I am gonna try.

Thank you again!

Sara.
