Does anyone else have issues with the device format in Developer Tools on this one?

I have checked and rechecked the code I was instructed to write, and rewatched the video to see why this does not format properly for Any device under 700px. It only displays 1 or 2 words per line while extending everything vertically. This would not be the first code mistake that I've dealt with and that they still have not fixed. There have been several lines of code in workspaces that are not in the instructors code during this block.
