Does anyone have a commented out, complete, working version of the code? [solved]

I'm struggling to find the location of an error in my code; I 'm also struggling to understand the code. I would appreciate it if someone could send me their working code so I can find my error. In addition, it would be fantastic if it was commented out so I could get better understanding of the code.
