Does anyone know how to add a simple drag and drop code in an android app?

I checked so many tutorials including reading the development website for android but all looks overwhelming. I'm very new to android development (like couple of weeks) and I'm asked to deliver an app due after 2 weeks that have basic functionality to access vibration sensor and to have a drag and drop feature for some objects. If anyone can help me I would be very appreciating. Thank you.
