Does anyone know how to combine the jQuery for circliful and lazy load?

I've included some stats on my webpage utilizing the circliful jQuery function, but because they're towards the bottom of my page, they load before the user scrolls down to see the animation effect. I can't figure out how to lazy load the function so it waits for the user to scroll it into view before it runs.

add an eventlistener to the body so you can detect when the user is at the bottom of the page
