Does anyone know of an iPhone/iPad app that allows you to 'inspect element' on webpages?

I'm working on a site that has specific mobile properties. When you select the mobile option on Chrome and Firefox's inspect element function it doesn't work. Does anyone know of a mobile app on the IOS store that will allow me to insect element on webpages.

There are several ways you can do this, either using a real device or emulated device:
