I would look at the courses focused on web development, APIs, and web scraping. Once you've learnt those (no mean feat) start with a site that collects data from a single source and displays it. Then add a second source - at this point you'll need to make your data model more generic and parse the incoming data into this model. Then you can start adding more sources into the model.
That's one paragraph, but depending on where you're starting from in your learning journey it could be a lot of work.
