Does: Build a Responsive Website with Alison Grayce use Bootstrap or Foundation responsive web design techniques?

I suspect it is Bootstrap but I am not sure. I believe the responsive web design lessons Nick Pettit also were Bootstrap. Which is most popular? Which is easier for students at a Tech school? Should they know both? Will Foundation and Bootstrap both survive or will one dominate and the other fade away like Beta did against VHS years ago? Thanks!
