Does every course in the techdegree need to be completed?

So I am currently half way done with the JavaScript full stack techdegree and was wondering if you have to complete every single course? I had some decent knowledge of JS before starting at treehouse and so I was able to complete some projects without watching all the courses in the unit. Will that stop me from finishing / getting the certificate? thanks.

As far as I can remember, you do not need to complete every course (c9nsidering that you already have some knowledge), however, you will need to complete the actual assignments set at the end of each section to move on to the next task.

I hope this helps, Best wishes,

Furkan.
