Does the android track cover everything you need to start developing or making your own apps?

I was curious, because I don' t see a track for Java. I'm just making sure that even with the little bit of java that the android track touches on, that it is enough to start programming with And. SDK. Thx :)

I have only watched certain videos from the android projects but I can tell you that if you wanna learn Java for android, do the Android projects. I took a Java class at school that focused on desktop apps and started trying to make Android apps and I found that Java for Android is super different. I ended up having to learn a ton of new stuff before I was able to make anything.

So basically to answer your question, don't worry about learning Java unless you wanna be a Java developer. If you wanna be an Android Developer learn Android Development because Java is just one tool out of many you will use.

I hope my rambling and barely coherent answer helps lol

Yes dude, thx it makes so much sense to just focus on android rather than java, thx again.lol

Would sometime tomorrow after 5 work for you?

Yea works for me and do you live on the west coast or the east coast, because I feel like our time zones are all off lol. I'll keep an ear open for a call from you sometime tomorrow though, so it really shouldn't matter as long as it's not during class because I'm in college. Talk to you tomorrow dude.

Lol neither actually. I live near Chicago. Well I just work till 5 PM central time. After that, I'm free.
