Does the emulator work on a non INTEL CPU. i have amd.

emulator: ERROR: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration! Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable. CPU acceleration status: HAX kernel module is not installed!

Hello,

You should still be able to use the emulator, you just have to select an ARM device instead of an x86 device. If you don't get the performance you want from the ARM emulator, you could always try Genymotion.
