Does the new CSS Layout course replace "Layout Techniques" in the Web Design track?

I'm about halfway through the "CSS Layout Techniques" course on the Web Design track. It's clearly a very old course which has made it a bit of a struggle to get through.

But then, today I got an email announcing a new CSS Layout course! Hooray!

Can anyone confirm if this new course is intended to replace the old one? If it is, I'll be sure to complete it before moving on in the track.

Yes, CSS Layout Basics will replace CSS Layout Techniques in the web design track once we release the new Flexbox course. I'll post an announcement in Community about it later this month. :)
