Design Illustrator Foundations How to Draw in Illustrator The Pencil Tool

Does the smooth tool work with others?

Does the smooth only work on the pencil lines or others too like a paint brush stroke?

The Smooth tool should work on any bezier curve or path I believe. Since most objects drawn in Illustrator are essentially bezier paths it should work on anything. You might need to convert or outline some objects or paths but it should work on all objects.

Here is a quick tutorial that is very useful.
