Does Updating Track make my completed courses and stages revert to an incomplete state?

I want to update my track but am worried that I am going to re-watch videos and stages I've already completed. Should I just continue without updating or will it know what I've already completed?

Hi Saif,

I've learned that Treehouse keeps track of your completed courses and stages even if you change tracks.
