Literally I have tried to write down the same code and doesn;t work for me. Only the title appears on the page:
HTML:
'''<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <title>Musical Playlist</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/styles.css"> </head> <body> <h1>My Music Playlist</h1> <script src="js/playlist.js"></script> </body> </html>'''
JS:
'''var playList = [ 'I Did It My Way', 'Respect', 'Imagine', 'Born to Run', 'Louie Louie', 'Maybellene' ];
function print(message) { document.write(message); }
function printList( list ) { var listHTML = '<ol>'; for (var i = 0; i < list.lenght; i += 1) { listHTML += '<li>' + list[i] + '</li>'; } listHTML += '</ol>'; print(listHTML); } printList(playList);'''

for (var i = 0; i < list.lenght; i += 1) {
You have misspelled length as lenght. It's a pretty minor mistake but programming languages are pretty ruthless when it comes to typos, no matter how small they are they can often completely break your code.
If you correct the typo like this:
var playList = ['I Did It My Way', 'Respect', 'Imagine', 'Born to Run', 'Louie Louie', 'Maybellene'];
function print(message) {
document.write(message);
}
function printList(list) {
var listHTML = '<ol>';
for (var i = 0; i < list.length; i += 1) {
listHTML += '<li>' + list[i] + '</li>';
}
listHTML += '</ol>';
print(listHTML);
}
printList(playList);
Then your code should work correctly.
