dont know how to acess chrome textmate

Can you amplify your question a bit ?

on intro to programming video 2 the person says he used textmate to save commands on his computer i dont know how to acess that.

Any text editor will do just fine, you don't need to use textmate which costs money.

Text Wrangler on OS X and Notepad++ on Windows are both great choices neither of which cost money.

Thanks James Barnnet I was aware of that, l guess I should say Free Trail, but like James Barnett said there's no enforment limit, so you can use it while you learn, and when you can its good to help the devolepors who were willing to give a no limit evaluation and buy a lincense :) but I guess for now you can use it free, since your still learning.
