Don't know why it is giving me an error.

Not sure why it is giving this error "Make sure you're selecting the intro class, and setting an em font-size value equal to 20px."

Just leave it as targeting your class intro. In a later section of the challenge it wants a new rule targeting the span inside of intro so at the end of the challenge you'll end up with 3 separate rules. One for the intro paragraph, one for the span inside, and another for the links.
