Don't understand normalize.css?

Well im on the css reset video and I downloaded the files with winzip.

I put the file folder that I was told to download on my desktop and used sublime text 2 to open the files.

Anyways when I click on the normalize.css file all it shows are a bunch of numbers.

Does anyone know why I am getting the numbers?
