Don't understand the question.

Set the color of paragraphs to black using a hexadecimal value. How do I write it into the code. Thank you.

You just need p not body p

You can also use 3 digits instead of 6 if all are the same #000000 can be #000 the other is not wrong it just means writing less code hope this helps.
