when i download one video just another window open

and the itunes feed just open itunes. nothing more

how can i really download the lesson???

Yes, you need to right clic on "suscription" and select "show all items".

when you have the new window open, you can then right click on the video and download the file as you might an image or some other media type - give it a go!

To download a single video, right-click on the link that says Standard Definition Video and then choose Save link as.
