hi i don't have MAC, i just have a laptop, how can i download videos and transcripts? in the right of the page have download bottom,but i did n't work. thank you

Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsI use the iTunes link and download them via itunes. The link is next to the video then in itunes choose add all then right click collection and choose download.

4,810 Pointsi am not using itune,i use windows no error , but no download too, when i click on download,just show the video online again.

Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsSame for me on windows was unable to download via the link. Thus me using iTunes, i recommend you download it get the videos and if you really don't want iTunes remove it after done.

15,645 PointsGlad you got it working - this is browser specific thing e.g. if the browser can open the file itself it will try to rather than downloading it. You may come across the same with other links e.g. for .pdf files. You can always right click and "save as" to get the actual file.
