"Download Workspaces file" keeps stalling

Hi, I just completed my first basic site and cannot download the project files in order to upload to the web.

"Project.zip" keeps stalling, usually around the 1MB mark, but sometimes before. Eventually it times out.

Any suggestions? The helpdesk told me to ask the Community.

What course/track/class is it? Maybe try a different browser?

I also had an issue downloading the Workspace in Chrome but was successful downloading in firefox
