Downloading Videos

Instead of using a tag I am using the Username feature to display all the pictures from a user. However, I want to be able to display the videos that the user has posted as well? How could I do this? because Ive found a way to get the URL for the mp4 file but I don't know how to download it like you do with the photos files because there isn't a DownloadPhotoWithUrl for videos?
