Java Local Development Environments Exploring Your IDE Importing External Code

Drag and drop problem

I can drag the Karaoke.java file fine into the src folder but when I try to move the com folder it won't go in. I'm using Windows 10

I'm having the same problem on win 10, if I drag to any other place it works in src folder it say error cannot move.

OK I have fixed it, if you have multi drive setup (as we all do with main ssd and secondary hdd) you need to have both the original file and the project in same directory (I had one of them on F and the other on D) changing that fixed it for me

I also had a problem. I right clicked on the src folder, selected Directory Path and opened in explorer. I then copied directly into the folder through explorer.

I had the same problem as well. I had the files on a USB drive, so I copied them to the desktop, selected both files and then it worked fine.
