Drag and drop unzipped file

When I try to drag and drop it is not possible. I get the error that the upload was nor successful. Somebody other has the same problem> Somebody has a solution? Thanks

First, did you make sure that you're dragging and dropping the contents of the folder, and not the folder itself?

Second, are you sure you're dropping it into the appropriate area in the left hand menu?

If all else fails, I would try to drag and drop each item one by one and see if they will upload properly.

First and second: yes and yes. I tried to drag one by one and I get the same error message

U can also use the feature > File > Upload Files to upload the files you want to your workspace.
