Dragging img files on to the workspace file tree

How do you drag the img files from the project folder in the "building the footer" video, on to the work space file tree? I've downloaded them on to my pc but the video makes it sound like you can just click and drag.

you can just click and drag. download the files, extract them to someplace (like your desktop for example) then drag the extracted img folder from your desktop into your workspace window
