Dreamweaver in 2016, flash and excell for project layout or design? In 2015 and 2016, how are these?
At college they are , well 'teaching' us this... well, not me.. but i still need to do it 'theirs' way.. so i will need to waste time.. because they say dreamweaver and stuff will get us almost to job ready position to work in a web industry.. with no coding! And you will use tables, and excell and flash .. like really..
I just want some facts so i can go and have a strong talk to the departament there and i want not to waste time , i mean.. i already did a stie for someone.. coding and stuff.. i just don't want to waste time as this is 3months old unit..
A little bit messy but could someone give me some tips and so on please?

Treehouse Moderator 91,252 PointsI wonder what kind of work programs your college have in mind for you. Are they preparing you to go out on work placements with companies that use these kinds of programs?
I have Dreamweaver on CS5. I used to swear by it but now I do my coding through notepad++ and where I can, going into Chrome Dev Tools and testng my CSS on the fly before I add it to notepad.
I'd say programs like Dreamweaver are used less and less unless they lack the skills to code by hand.
Flash still has legs I think because I hear they don't just use the WebGL flash animation anymore but also use HTML5 and other platforms. I had a lot of fun with flash down the years but I seldom have time to use it any more. Lost the knack :)

28,148 PointsI don't even know. I mean it's not hard to see they're not even close to the mark. I'd ask them to prove to you that these are the technologies used.

2,435 PointsYeah, but thats in the curriculum, which they cheated, which i can show you, and they have no specialities in it. Plus, they are the teacher, so of course, other people don't 'specialise' so they will say she is right. And my voice isn't any hight.. They are doing inspections at college, but the inspections fake. The whole world is corrupted like ..

She even say that this will bring us close to almost job ready.. and im like wt hell.. yeah job ready with no coding.. im sure i wound't get a job there yet.. and what about people that have little clue on how this works.
