Drop down Menu hidden behind div

I added a drop down menu to a wordpress website. But for some reason the drop down menu is hidden behind a div. I tried adding position: absolute to the drop down menu. And then adding position: relative to the parent element. I am not having any luck.

and advice or help will be much appreciated

Your div with a class of "bg-wrapper" has overflow set to auto. Delete that.

Then add the class clearfix to your first bg-wrapper. Should fix your problem.

Ah yes that did the trick. Thank you for your time :D
