Dropping image files into upload area of workspace

I'm doing the structure image gallery of the HTML section. I'm opening the image file download with winzip. When selecting all files and dropping them in the upload area of the workspace, they don't show up. Any idea why?

In workspaces, you need to select the folder you want to upload to, then click upload. Make sure those files are unzipped, too.

I try to select the files to move to a folder, a "you can't do that" symbol pops up. Why is this?
