Dumb little bug in CSS - Personal Project

I'm working on a website, and the banner I've created for the homepage has a 1px margin on the left that I can seem to eradicate without killing the semi-responsive nature of the banner. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm also using rssinclude.com to have the blog feed to the home page, but I think they're going to start charging me for the service in 30 days. I'm sure there's a better way, even for those of us who haven't started tackling javascript yet. Does anyone know of a free, pre-scripted version?

Thanks in advance!

Hah! Figures. Thanks! I've been banging my head against a wall on that one.
