This code has a number of issues.

But you seem to have resolved them in the code you show in your later question. Just see my answer there regarding some extra lines that should be removed.

Edit your Main method like this :)

       Console.WriteLine("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": ");
       int number = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
       for(int index= 0; index < number; index++)
       {
          Console.WriteLine("Yay!");
       }
