Can you access Rails 4 content via the Library, or does it also display Rails 3? This is the page I go to when getting on the Rails 4 track: http://teamtreehouse.com/tracks/rails-development, does that work for you?

Other than that, I think your best option would be to contact support.

Treehouse employees only work Mondays - Thursdays so If you recently just sent one they probably won't look at it till Monday and get back to you then.
