.intro { font-size: 1.25em; }

The parent font size is 16px and what you are doing to get to 20px is the multiplication 16 x 1.25 ...the value (16px) that you times your parent font size by (1.25) is your em value.

The parent size is 16px, and you have to give the intro class an em font-size of 20px. Usually, to get em, you would do, (pixels you need)/(parent font-size) = em

So, 20px / 16px = Your Answer (1.25em)
