Eclipse not opening

I'm trying to open eclipse and i'm getting an error when i try to start it. The error says "The Eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library." I have been using eclipse for over a month now and it's been working fine. I was deleting some stuff on my computer (duplicates of programs) so i'm not sure if i deleted something i needed. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Is this on Windows? Eclipse does come as a collection of folders and executable that is run directly as opposed to actually being "installed". Do you know where your Eclipse executable is actually located? The easiest thing really is to download Eclipse again and unzip it to where you have it located (or even run it from a new location where you unzip the Eclipse bundle to).

Thank you! It's working now.
