Android Build an Interactive Story App (Retired) User Input Using EditText for Text Input

EditText - 'Person Name' widget not an available option

'Person Name' is not an option under EditText in the palette menu on my version (the most update) of Android Studio. Where has it gone and what should i use instead?

Use a Plain Text widget then in the Properties window click inputType and it will give you a ton of options. Select "textPersonName".
