Elance Test

I created an elance profile a couple of days ago and i noticed they have exams that you can take to showcase yours skills on your profile. Before i take the Objective-C test they gave me a pretty detailed syllabus with the exam topics on there. I'm posting this discussion because everything i know is from treehouse but i wanted to know if there are videos that i can review for the topics. The topics include: Object type identification and function, Automatic Reference Counting (which i know is available), Dynamic typing best practices. I want to make the highest score possible when i take it the first time because i want to make treehouse look even more reputable. If the content is not available here could someone point me in the right direction.
