I'm fairly sure this code is right, yet I am getting an error message every time I try to submit...am I doing something wrong?

<h1>Flavor Recommendations</h1> <?php if(!empty($recommendations)) { ?> <ul> <?php foreach($recommendations as $flavor) { ?> <li><?php echo $flavor; ?></li> <?php } ?> </ul> <?php } else { echo "<p>There are no flavor recommendations for you.</p>" ?>
