Take a look at this site on a mobile phone device. http://tomshilcockcreative.com/showreel.php
As you can see there is a video, the problem is you cant scroll down! I know its the video because if you put your finger on the header you can scroll down.
I have placed a red div under the video for test purposes.

14,109 PointsMaybe I'm wrong but I don't see to what you want to scroll down. You can't scroll if there is no additional information below.
I added additional div tag below the video and added a paragraph with Lorem Ipsum text for filler and then the scroll showed up.
So, there is no real problem in my opinion.

1,362 PointsSorry I can't look at this on a mobile phone. I don't have one. Looks good on desktop though. Not sure why it won't scroll...someone else will need to help you out with the phone device.
