I am a self study/Treehouse alumn that got hired on by this company a few months ago as a web developer. Now we are looking for another person to add to the Helpdesk team.
They are a good company to work for and are very open to hiring people who come from a self-study background. Even if they don't hire, they will try to give resume and interview pointers that will help you land the next job.
I'll try and check back reasonably often if anyone posts questions.
