THIS CODE:
attendees = ["drek" , "drek" ,"drek"] attendees.append("shvants")
here we are adding to our list or being able to do so
attendees.append("shmulik")
we are extending our list from what we had before
atttendees.extend(["shmuel", "yisreal"]) optional_invitees = ["mr.", "and mrs.drek"] potential_attendees = attendees + optional_invitees print("there are" , len(attendees) , "dreks that are here")

Treehouse TeacherHi there, Shmuel Zilberman ! It looks like a typo. In one place, you have the variable attendees
, but later you are trying to extend atttendees
. Note that the latter version has three "t"'s instead of two
Hope this helps!
