C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

Error?

Hi, can someone understand what happen with my code and give me an error?

Program.cs 
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

try {
    if (value < 0 || value > 20)
    {
        throw new System.Exception();
    }
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}", value));
}
catch(Exception) {
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

What error are you getting? Also, be aware that value is a reserved keyword in C#, so it would be best to change it to something else. If you really need/want to use it, you can append an @ before it like @value.
