28,738 PointsHello,
You've ran into a common problem with the default Android emulator. If you have a compatible Intel CPU(or are running Linux), you can try with Hardware Acceleration. Intel has instructions forWindows here. For Linux, you should just need to create an emulator using x86 instead of ARM.
Your other option is to try out Genymotion available from here.
Please let us know if that helps or if you need more assistance.

07-06 04:16:30.044 112-112/? E/PhonePolicy﹕ Could not preload class for phone policy: com.android.internal.policy.impl.PhoneWindow$ContextMenuCallback
I've tried using the link above, and I'm getting problems with the download.

28,738 PointsHello,
Is there more to the error message? Is the emulator fully running such that you can interact with it like a normal device? Is the emulator stuck on the Android logo?
