Java Java Objects (Retired) Creating the MVP Storing Guesses

error: cannot find symbol and NoSuchElementException. Already tried to fix it on my own

I went through every question related to my issue but i cant find the problem with my code. here it is:

public class Game{ private String mAnswer; private String mHits; private String mMisses;

public Game(String answer) { mAnswer = answer; mHits = ""; mMisses = ""; } public boolean applyGuess(char letter) { boolean isHit = mAnswer.indexOF(letter) >= 0; if (isHit) { mHits += letter; } else { mMisses += letter; } return isHit; } }
