C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

error CS0019

I am not quite sure how to if this error.

Program.cs
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));



if(0 < value < 20)
{
 throw new System.Exception();   
}

You can't perform two comparisons on a value at the same time, but you can combine individual comparisons using logic operators.
