Error cs0246

I keep getting this error message and it says " the type or namespace name 'string' could not be found. Are you missing 'System' using directive. What should I do?

I would make sure that you add the "using System;" above your programs' namespace.

I had this same problem and found an answer on another forum. My problem was I was capitalizing the letter s in string. Once I fixed that my code ran fine.
