Error: "EXC_BAD INSTRUCTION"

I get the error in the following line. I have copied the code word for word so any help would be appreciated. "let colorsDictionary = playlistDictionary["backgroundcolor"] as! [String: CGFloat] backgroundColor = rgbFromDictionary(colorsDictionary)"
