error @if

What it's error here:

/* Write your SCSS code below. */ @mixin cars ($make, $color){ .#{$make} { border: 1px solid black; background-image: url("#{$color}.png") }

$time: morning; a { @if $time == morning { color: red; } @else if $time == afternoon { color: blue; } @else { color: grey; } }

}

I can't move to next video because say me that the color should be Red.

It looks like you put the variable and if statement inside the mixin. That code should be after the mixin. It would look something like this:

/* Write your SCSS code below. */
@mixin cars($make, $color) {
  .#{$make} {
    border: 1px solid black;
    background-image: url("#{$color}.png");
  }
}

$time: morning;

a {
  @if $time == morning {
    color: red;
  } @else if $time == afternoon {
    color: blue;
  } @else {
    color: gray;
  }
}

Thanks!

I had the exact same code as Keith, but the code editor kept spitting out an error message! Very frustrating! Had to clear my browser cache and reload it to get it to work.
