Error in Console

Whenever i run my application in emulator i'm getting this error in console:

20:26 - CrystalBall] The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured. [2014-08-20 23:20:26 - CrystalBall] You must restart adb and Eclipse. [2014-08-20 23:20:26 - CrystalBall] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:\Andriod\android_dev_environment\sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.

Please help

As the error says, "You must restart adb and Eclipse".

To restart the adb: Head over into the "DDMS" Perspective. Here, under the Devices tab, click the down arrow. Then, press Reset adb. After that, restart Eclipse and all should be good (It may work without restarting Eclipse but, I'd still recommend restarting Eclipse anyway).
